Shipping
We do our very best to process all orders within 24 HRS for in-stock products ordered before 2:00 PM EST excluding weekend HRS of receipt of payment. Except for Holidays.
Free shipping is available for purchases of $199 or more. We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method for the product purchased. $7.00 Shipping Per order within the U.S. for any purchases under $199. Tracking Information will be sent once an order has been shipped. Please look over your order carefully to confirm that it is accurate and that there are no damages. If there are any issues, please contact us With in 1 business day of receipt of item. — DO NOT open the items or we may not be able to provide a full or even partial refund. Please allow 15 to 20 days for delivery.

We will not rent or sell your information to any third parties, we only use the information we collect from you to convey your order information. Dave’s Trading Cards does our best to protect ourselves and our users from unauthorized access to the information we hold. To prevent unauthorized access, Dave’s Trading Cards maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information our shopping cart is protected by SSL encryption technology.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a method of ensuring that information submitted through our website is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. To minimize the risk of having your account being compromised, we recommend that you set up your account password using unique numbers, letters, and special characters. Do not disclose passwords to others. Please notify us of any password compromises and change passwords periodically to maintain account protection.
Returns
Due to the nature of the trading card business, all sales are final. If we make an error in shipping we will issue a return authorization for the unopened factory product. If the product is opened we can not accept a return, even if it was our error.
Payment
All prices shown are in USD and are exclusive of tax and delivery charges. We reserve the right to alter prices, sales, or promotions on the site without notice. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard as well as PayPal and PayPal Credit.
For credit card orders, we can only ship to the billing address. If you would like an order shipped to an alternate address, you will need to add the address as a confirmed PayPal shipping address when completing your order through PayPal. The payment method must also be a verified U.S. Account.
In accordance with PayPal’s Amended Policy Update, refunds or cancellations of orders originally funded via PayPal will receive refunds of their original order payment amount less 2.9%. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared.
